FILTRO CLEAR 10", classic transparent housing, 3/4 thread

A 10" (25 cm) filter housing that accepts a 10"x2.5" filter cartridge. The FILTRO CLEAR 10" package includes a transparent housing, a white cap, a wall mounting bracket, and a wrench. The package also includes a 5-micron polypropylene cartridge.

The filter housing is made from high-quality materials and features an air release or depressurization valve. It has an excellent finish. The filter cartridge is made from expanded polypropylene and is resistant to chemicals and bacterial colonies. It should be replaced every 3–6 months, depending on the inlet water quality or the volume of water consumed.

The filter housing connects to the cold water supply line. Installation is straightforward, requiring no electrical connection or drain hookup. The housing connection thread is 3/4".

Cartridges compatible with the FILTRO CLEAR 10" housing:

This transparent housing is compatible with any classic 10" filter cartridge. You can choose either an activated carbon cartridge (for chlorine filtration), a softening cartridge, or another sediment filter cartridge.

Replacing the filter cartridge:

Once the cartridge's filtration period is over (3–6 months), replacement is simple. Turn off the water supply and release the pressure from the housing by opening a tap. Using the wrench included in the package, unscrew the housing and remove the old (used) cartridge. Then rinse the inside of the housing thoroughly with water and insert the new filter cartridge. The final step is to securely screw the housing back on using the wrench from the package.
