Ecomix set containing 3 replacement filter cartridges, with 5 micron polypropylene cartridge, ion exchange resin cartridge (Ecomix) and block activated carbon cartridge.

Set of 3 Ecomix resin replacement cartridges for water softening, compatible with 10″ housing filtration systems. This cartridge set is also a perfect fit for most reverse osmosis systems.

The exact dimensions of these cartridges are: 9 7/8” x 2 1/2” (25 cm x 6.5 cm). They are fully compatible with standard 10″ filter housings.

This set contains the following 3 cartridges:
1. Polypropylene cartridge for sediments larger than 5 micron. This cartridge filters large sediments such as sand, rust, dirt and other impurities with a diameter greater than 5 micron.

2. Water softening cartridge with Ecomix ion exchange resin that softens water and reduces the concentration of iron, manganese, ammonium and organic matter.

3. Block activated carbon cartridge. This cartridge effectively removes chlorine and its compounds, also improving the taste and odour of water. It is an essential cartridge in any drinking water filtration system.

This cartridge set should be replaced every 6–9 months, or depending on the quality of the filtered water. The maximum filtration capacity is 1,500 litres. If the flow rate is slightly reduced, we recommend replacing the PP cartridge (for sediments) sooner.

The set of 3 cartridges is also compatible with the 3-stage system Ecosoft FMV3ECOEXP.
