Wireless control system, FILTRO Smart Control Protect (SCP2), 1/4" (6 mm) hose connection and 10 mm adapter

The FILTRO Smart Control Protect (SCP2) wireless control system controls water flow via remote control (RF) with an external wireless button and thus protects the filtration system against pressure surges. The SCP2 control box has inlet and outlet for 1/4" (6 mm) flexible hose.

Main functions of the FILTRO Smart Control Protect (SCP2) system:

1. Turns water on and off by pressing an external wireless button.
2. The button has a range of approximately 20 meters and can be attached to any surface.
3. The control box is equipped with a microcontroller for starting and stopping the water flow.
4. The SCP2 system protects the equipment against pressure surges.
5. No cables or water taps on the sink or countertop.

The SCP2 system is widely used for operating water ionizers (Enagic Kangen, PurePro, Biontech, Zepter, etc.) that require an auxiliary tap for turning the water on and off. This way, with the help of the SCP2, all connections are made inside the sink cabinet, neatly and simply, and the ionizer is turned on and off using the wireless button, which you can place within easy reach.

SCP2 controller programming modes:

1. Toggle: Press the button to open the water, then press the button again to close the water (default)
2. Momentary: Hold the button to open the water and when released, the water stops.
3. Dual: One button to turn on and another button to turn off (requires the purchase of an additional button)

Installation method:

1. With pre-filtration: The 1/4" (6 mm) water supply hose from before the pre-filtration system is inserted into the quick-connect fitting on the right side of the SCP2 box. From the left fitting, another 1/4" (6 mm) hose is installed towards the pre-filtration system. Then, from the pre-filter outlet, the ionizer hose is connected using the 10 mm adapter fitting (stub). The ionizer hose must be routed to the underside of the countertop.
2. Without pre-filtration: The 1/4" (6 mm) water supply hose is inserted into the quick-connect fitting on the right side of the SCP2 box. From the left fitting, another 1/4" (6 mm) hose is installed towards the ionizer. The connection between the ionizer hose and the 1/4" hose is made with the 10 mm quick-connect adapter fitting.
