Clack CI Control Valve

The station is operated by a Clack CI electronic valve, manufactured in the USA, considered the most reliable control valve available worldwide. The valve features a digital display and EEPROM memory, which retains settings even during power outages. Piston positioning is done optically using a photocell, eliminating the wear typical of mechanical cam valves.

The valve allows programming of complex multi-phase regenerations and displays on screen: the exact time, days remaining until regeneration, water volume remaining until regeneration, instantaneous flow rate, and total filtered water volume. Regeneration occurs after a preset water volume has been consumed, usually at night when there is no demand for treated water.

Protection and Recommendations

To protect the station, we recommend installing a sediment pre-filter capable of providing the required water flow rate. After water softener stations, installation of an activated carbon post-filter is also recommended to reduce excess sodium after resin backwash. The station is installed immediately after the water entry point into the home (usually after the water meter) and operates automatically, without any intervention on your part.
