Exchange Parcel

To ensure an efficient and convenient experience when you wish to order products that require an exchange with another product (e.g. empty SodaStream cylinders), please note that an exchange parcel fee applies.
This covers the shipping costs associated with collecting and delivering the returned parcel to us.

How does it work?
When you receive a new parcel and, at the same time, return another parcel, the courier service will charge a shipping fee. This fee ranges between 11 and 19 lei, depending on the weight and volume of the returned parcel and the delivery distance.

• For envelopes (up to 1 kg): The fee will be 11 lei.
• For small/medium parcels (1-5 kg): The fee will be 15 lei.
• For heavy parcels (over 5 kg): The fee will be 19 lei.

Why is this fee charged?
The fee is intended to cover the additional shipping costs generated by collecting the parcel from the customer and delivering it to our premises. We want to ensure that the exchange or return process takes place without complications and in the shortest possible time.
