Payment Methods

On FILTRO it is easy to order and pay. We offer you the most popular payment methods. Regardless of the payment method chosen, the price is final and there will be no additional fees.

1. Online payment by bank card

You will enter your bank card payment information (personal or company) on the secure page of the online payment processor MobilPay.ro. Your card information is secured and will never come into our possession. We only receive payment confirmation from the processor. Payment is usually confirmed within a few seconds and your products will be reserved and prepared for shipment.

2. Interest-free installment payment

You can pay in installments using the most popular INSTALLMENT CARDS. We accept between 2-6 installments from Credit Europe Bank, Banca Transilvania, Garanti Bank and Alpha Bank. - CardAvantaj – get 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 interest-free INSTALLMENTS with the Credit Europe Bank installment card
- STAR BT – 2-6 interest-free INSTALLMENTS with the Banca Transilvania installment card
- Garanti Bonus Card – 2-6 interest-free INSTALLMENTS with the Garanti Bank installment card
- Alpha Card – 2-6 interest-free INSTALLMENTS with the Alpha Bank installment card
* Full payment is also accepted for all of the above installment cards.

3. Cash on delivery (courier)

At the time of delivery you will pay the full amount, including delivery costs (if applicable), and the courier will issue you a payment receipt.

4. Bank transfer, in advance

After completing your order you will receive our bank details for the transfer. You must pay the total order amount and specify the order number. After confirming receipt of the funds in our account, we will ship your products.

5. Cash at FILTRO headquarters

Whether you place an online order or visit us in our SHOWROOM, you will be able to pay for your desired products in cash.

6. Card payment at FILTRO headquarters

Whether you place an online order or visit us in our SHOWROOM, you will be able to pay for your desired products by bank card.
