Product Delivery

The delivery cost is 25 lei / order or free for orders over 599 lei with a maximum weight limit of 29 kg. Also, all orders can be picked up for free from FILTRO Showrooms.

The delivery cost for bulky parcels (at least 1 side over 100 cm) or heavy parcels (29+ kg) is calculated separately and is not free regardless of the order value. The delivery time for bulky parcels is 2-5 business days.

Other additional costs:

• Parcel exchange - an additional fee is charged depending on the size of the parcel handed to the courier in exchange for the one initially received (e.g. empty SodaStream cylinders). This fee covers the courier's transport from the client to our headquarters.
• Cash on delivery parcel - for orders paid by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 3 lei per order applies. This fee is charged by courier companies to process and forward the collected amounts to us.
• Parcel insurance - if you wish the shipment to be insured against damage or loss, a fixed fee of 5 lei applies. In the event of an unfortunate incident, we will promptly replace the product(s), and we will recover the damages from the courier company.

Ordered products will be delivered only within Romania via fast courier service, including Bucharest and isolated localities. Upon receiving the parcel, you must pay the courier the value of the ordered products. For orders outside the country, please contact us so we can provide you with the shipping cost.

The courier companies we use to ship orders are: Cargus, DPD, Fancourier, GLS.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday, and deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 09:00 – 17:00. However, the courier agent may deliver the parcel outside this time frame. NOTE: Please provide the address where you will be available during the day within the mentioned hours at the time of placing the order. The shipping fee includes packaging costs. If the delivery address is outside the courier's coverage area, the shipping costs will not change; however, delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days, depending on the local agent's schedule.

The shipping fee and the total amount payable upon receiving the parcel will be communicated by email or phone at the time of order confirmation and will appear on the invoice.

Orders are dispatched as follows:
– Orders received Monday to Friday before 15:00 can be dispatched on the same day.
– Orders received on weekends or after 15:00 are generally dispatched on the next business day.

Orders are delivered as follows:
– Orders placed on business days (before 15:00) will arrive the following business day.
– Orders placed on Friday after 15:00, Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

Bulky products (water dispensers, water softeners, etc.) exceeding 20 kg in weight or with one side larger than 100 cm are not delivered by courier with cash on delivery. Advance payment is required in order to ship the ordered product.

The delivery timeframe is observed as specified above. For products that cannot be delivered within this timeframe, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
