This is not a customer loyalty card, this is a step forward towards a cleaner life. For you and your family!

How to become a FILTRO Family member?

Anyone can become a member and all you need to do is register. After registration, you will receive a non-transferable FILTRO Family card and from this moment you can enjoy all the benefits reserved exclusively for members. A member account cannot be registered with a previous date, and club membership ends upon account deletion or suspension under the terms of the regulations.

We reward purchases with points

The idea is simple! We reward you with points for your purchases. The number of points you can earn are displayed in the product details. We reserve the points after purchase and release them after 30 days. If you have requested an extended period for merchandise returns for an additional 30 or 60 days, your points will be reserved for a further 30 or 60 days. When purchasing at one of our physical stores, you can use your points immediately. When you make your next purchase online, you can pay part of the total amount (or the full purchase amount) with points.

FILTRO Family account balance

You can check your current balance at any time in your personal customer account profile or you can request this information in store. But be careful! Only the most loyal deserve this loyalty reward! If you don't make any purchase within 6 months of your last purchase, the points earned will be lost. On the other hand, even a small purchase will extend the validity of the earned points by another 6 months. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for credit points related to purchases made before the valid subscription registration.

Paying with points

When making an online purchase, set the amount you want to pay with points. Points are "converted" into money directly in the shopping cart, and the total purchase value is reduced by that amount. For every 100 points "spent", your purchase will be reduced by 1 leu, 200 points by 2 lei, etc. You can also use points to pay for the entire purchase in your cart.

Special discounts for club members

We know that every benefit will become commonplace one day, so we bring exclusive discounts on selected products and services. The special offer is valid only for club members.

Extended returns up to 30 days

We respect your right to change your mind. A club member can enjoy this right for even twice as long as a regular customer. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days without giving a reason (beyond the legal 14-day period). For undamaged goods in their original packaging, we offer club members a voucher for the value of the returned products. Only individual customers have the right to request an extended warranty.
