"FILTRO Black Friday 2025" Campaign Terms and Conditions

Art. 1. Campaign Organizer

The "FILTRO Black Friday – 7-21 November 2025" campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is organized by PureTECH Solutions S.R.L., with its registered office at Str. Rezervelor nr. 64, bl. 1, ap. 101, com. Chiajna, jud. Ilfov, Trade Register No.: J23/29/2016, Unique Registration Code: RO35379722, bank account RO21INGB0000999905599567 opened at ING Bank – Uverturii Branch (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

Participation in the Campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Organizer's decisions regarding the Campaign are final and binding on all participants.

Art. 2. Duration and Venue

The Campaign runs exclusively online, on www.filtro.ro, during the period November 7, 2025 – November 21, 2025, inclusive.

Products purchased online can be:

• delivered by courier, or

• picked up in person, only based on a confirmed order, from the following FILTRO locations:

  • FILTRO Showroom: Str. Piscul Crasani, nr. 2D, Sector 6, București

  • FILTRO Depozit: Str. Industriilor, nr. 56, Chiajna, jud. Ilfov

Pick-up from physical locations is possible only after confirmation of product availability in stock.

Art. 3. Eligibility

The following may participate in the Campaign:

• individuals aged at least 18 years old at the Campaign start date;

• legal entities (companies, institutions, organizations) that purchase participating products from www.filtro.ro

Art. 4. Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign period, selected products benefit from discounts ranging between 5% and 73%, applicable to a minimum of 1 product, in a minimum quantity of 1 unit.

2. Discounts are already applied to the price displayed on the website and are valid only during the Campaign period and while stocks last.

3. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, discount codes, vouchers, or active campaigns.

4. For products ordered during the Campaign but delivered afterwards, the discounted price valid at the time the order was placed applies.

5. Products with "pre-order" status may be delivered within a maximum of 90 calendar days from order confirmation.

   • The customer has the right to cancel the pre-order at any time, without penalties.

   • If a cancelled order is re-placed, it will be processed at the updated price at that time, and the delivery queue position will be reset.

Art. 5. Participating Products

Participating products are those displayed on the website with the "Black Friday" label or that explicitly include mention of the discount on the product page.
All offers are valid while stocks last.

Art. 6. Returns and Warranties

1. Products purchased during the Campaign benefit from the same warranty and return policy conditions as any other FILTRO product, in accordance with applicable legislation (O.U.G. 34/2014).

2. For hygiene reasons, products that come into contact with water (filters, membranes, cartridges, etc.) cannot be returned if they have been unsealed.

3. In the event that a product can no longer be delivered due to stock shortage, the customer will be notified and will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Art. 7. Processing of Personal Data

The Organizer processes participants' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), exclusively for the purpose of processing orders and campaign-related commercial communications.

Art. 8. Modification and Termination of the Campaign

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the duration, mechanics, or conditions of the Campaign, with the obligation to update these Terms and Conditions on the website.
The Campaign may be suspended in cases of force majeure, technical errors, stock shortage, or other causes beyond the Organizer's control.

Art. 9. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to: fires, earthquakes, floods, pandemics, major network failures, cyberattacks, etc.), the Organizer is exempt from liability regarding the fulfilment of obligations during the affected period.

Art. 10. Disputes

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants shall be resolved amicably.
If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Romania.

Art. 11. Other Provisions

• Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

• The Organizer is not responsible for any display errors, technical issues, or delays caused by third parties (couriers, payment processors, etc.).

• After the Campaign ends, the discounts and special conditions no longer apply.
