Transparent cold water housing BIG CLEAR 10" with pressure valve includes wrench, metal bracket and gasket. This BB10 housing is highly durable, built from high-quality polypropylene. The housing features a 1″ connection port (female thread). It is also equipped with a pressure valve.

Being transparent, it is ideal for use as the first housing for pre-filtering water throughout the entire home. We recommend installing a sediment cartridge in this housing. This cartridge will effectively filter all mechanical impurities such as sand, rust, silt, etc. It is an efficient and cost-effective way to protect your entire home water system. The BB10 housing together with the sediment filter can also be installed before a water softening station.

To filter chlorine and its derivatives, we recommend pairing this housing, or a blue Big Blue 10″ housing, with an activated carbon cartridge or a block activated carbon cartridge. This type of cartridge will improve the smell and taste of the water and will eliminate harmful chlorine from the water. It is the ideal way to have chlorine-free water even in the shower.

The Big Blue 10″ filter is made from very high-quality materials and complies with all NFS and WRAS certification standards.

It is easy to install and requires no maintenance. Simply replace the filter cartridge every 3-6 months, depending on the cartridge type and the quality of the filtered water.
