The ultrafiltration membrane with a porosity of 0.01 microns is an optimal, high-performance solution for water filtration while also preserving the mineral salts in the water. It is essentially an extremely fine sieve that removes even the smallest suspended particles from water. This membrane represents filter no. 2 (middle) of the FILTRO UF99 ultrafiltration system.

Precise filtration: This ultracapillary membrane has an incredibly small porosity of up to 0.01 microns, which means it can successfully retain minuscule particles such as bacteria, viruses, sediments and other water impurities, ensuring clean and safe drinking water.

Twist connection system: Installing and replacing the membrane is easy thanks to the twist connection system. No tools or advanced technical knowledge are required. Simply rotate the membrane into the correct position to mount or remove it.

Efficiency at low pressure: This membrane has been designed to operate at low water pressure of up to 1.5 bar. The higher the pressure, the greater the final flow rate will be.

Durability: High-quality materials and robust construction ensure a long service life for the membrane, requiring infrequent replacements of up to 12 months. However, this membrane may need to be replaced sooner than 12 months if the supply water is heavily loaded with sediments.

The membrane is replaced very quickly and easily with a single twist. This super easy cartridge replacement method saves you time and money. You do not need a plumber or specialized teams. You can perform the system maintenance yourself in just a few minutes.

The membrane is designed to last approximately 12 months and to filter up to 5000 liters of water. Of course, the quantity of filtered water as well as its quality can influence the lifespan of the filter.
