Ultrafiltration System, FILTRO Standard UF4, 4 filtration stages, 0.01 micron ultracapillary membrane

This four-stage filtration system is installed under the kitchen counter and contains 4 high-performance filter cartridges that are replaced every 6-12 months.

The first cartridge removes sediments such as sand, dirt and rust up to 5 microns in size. It is ideal for eliminating impurities that frequently occur due to deposits in old water pipes.

The second cartridge uses resin for softening and iron removal. It filters excess limescale and iron from the water. The cartridge's effective lifespan depends on the limescale content of the water. The cartridge contains ion-exchange resin.

The third cartridge is made of granular activated carbon (GAC) with KDF, which removes chlorine, pesticides and other organic substances. It also removes heavy metals from the water. This activated carbon cartridge improves the taste and eliminates unpleasant odors from the water.

The fourth cartridge features an ultracapillary membrane that filters out bacteria and viruses down to 0.02 microns. It acts as an extremely fine mesh that stops the smallest impurities and bacteria.
