Ecomix A resin included

The station comes equipped with 62 liters of Ecomix A resin, a mixed filter media 5 in 1 that ensures the removal of hardness, iron, manganese, ammonia and organic matter from water. With an ion exchange capacity of 35g CaCO3/liter, Ecomix A provides complete water treatment, ideal for both municipal water and well water.

Clack CI control valve

The station is driven by a Clack CI electronic valve, manufactured in the USA, with a digital display and EEPROM memory that retains settings even during power outages. Piston positioning is performed optically using a photocell, eliminating the mechanical wear typical of cam-type valves. The valve is volumetric, easy to program, factory pre-set, and allows programming of complex multi-phase regeneration cycles.

The display shows: exact time, days remaining until regeneration, water volume remaining until regeneration, instantaneous flow rate and total filtered water volume. Regeneration is performed automatically, overnight, after a pre-set water volume has been consumed.

Protection and installation recommendations

To protect the station, we recommend installing a sediment pre-filter capable of handling the required water flow rate. After the softening station, installing an activated carbon post-filter is also recommended to reduce excess sodium following resin backwashing. The station is mounted immediately after the water entry point into the home and operates automatically without any intervention on your part - you simply need to add salt tablets to the tank.
