This industrial reverse osmosis station, Ecosoft MO20000TP5, is a compact, lightweight and efficient system that will help you filter up to 1,000 litres of water per hour (26,000 litres per day).

It is a reverse osmosis station containing 4 housings with 40" membranes. 

This system is fully automated. It features an integrated controller that continuously monitors the quality of the filtered water. The station is compact, easy to transport and quiet.

ECOSOFT MO20000TP5 is designed to provide purified water in large homes, cafes, restaurants, laboratories, laundries, steam generators and other industries where you need pure water at approximately 1,000 litres / hour.

The reverse osmosis station also includes a standard 10" housing fitted with a 5-micron polypropylene cartridge. This ensures the water is pre-filtered from sediments such as sand, rust and other impurities.

During the filtration process, the water is split into 2 streams: purified and concentrate. Part of the concentrate is discharged to drain (wastewater), but another part is fed back to the high-pressure pump. In this way, water that would normally be wasted is passed through the filtration process once more. If the inlet water has a high calcium and magnesium content, it is recommended to soften it before it reaches the reverse osmosis membrane. This protects the membrane against scale build-up.

The purified water is then transferred to a tank (not included) where a float switch is installed. When the tank is full, the switch sends a signal to the reverse osmosis station, which stops filtration.

The station self-flushes at regular intervals. This procedure is called hydraulic flushing and lasts approximately 1–2 minutes, during which the station will be in service mode.

To maintain this type of industrial reverse osmosis station, you must replace the sediment cartridge at intervals determined by water quality and the volume of water consumed. This cartridge filters and protects the membrane against sand and other impurities.

If this station will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to shut off the water supply and also switch off the reverse osmosis station. Any cleaning, sanitisation or repair work carried out on the station should be recorded in a log.
