This industrial reverse osmosis station, Ecosoft MO24000TP5, is a compact, lightweight and efficient system that will help you filter up to 1000 liters of water per hour (24 m3 per day).

It is a reverse osmosis station that contains 4 housings for 4" membranes. Membranes are not included in the system and are purchased separately: Ecosoft ELP4040 or DowFilmtec XLE4040

This system is fully automated. It has an integrated controller that continuously monitors the quality of the filtered water. The station is compact, easy to transport and quiet.

Ecosoft MO24000TP5 is designed to provide purified water in large homes, cafes, restaurants, laboratories, laundries, steam generators and other industries where you need pure water in a volume of approx. 1000 liters / hour.

The reverse osmosis station also includes a 20″ Big Blue housing equipped with a 5-micron polypropylene cartridge. This way, water is pre-filtered from sediments such as sand, rust and other impurities.

During the filtration process, the water is split into 2: purified and concentrated. Part of the concentrated water is discharged to the drain (wastewater), but another part is pushed towards the high-pressure pump. In this way, water that would normally be lost is passed through the filtration process one more time. If the inlet water has a high calcium and magnesium content, it is recommended to soften it before it reaches the osmosis membrane. This protects the membrane against limescale deposits.

The purified water is then transferred to a tank (not included) in which a float switch is installed. When the tank is full, the switch sends a signal to the osmosis station and it stops filtering.

The station self-rinses at regular intervals. This procedure is called hydraulic flushing and lasts approx. 1-2 min, during which time the station will be in service mode.

The controller has the ability to:
– control the osmosis station based on the amount of water in the tank
– perform automatic membrane flushing
– protect the pressure pump against dry running and burnout
– measure and display the quality of the filtered water

To maintain such an industrial osmosis station, you must replace the sediment cartridge every 3-4 months. This cartridge filters and protects the membranes against sand and other impurities.

If this station will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to shut off the water supply and also turn off the reverse osmosis station. Any cleaning, sanitizing or repair intervention on the station is recommended to be recorded in a logbook.
