FILTRO Family Gold 37 is a complete and advanced water treatment solution, specially designed for large homes (over 15 m3/month) where water is hard (over 25 dGH) and contains iron, manganese, ammonium and organic matter. This configuration addresses situations where water presents multiple problems and requires complex treatment, not just classic softening.

The system was designed to provide a superior level of protection for the installations, appliances and equipment in the home, as well as to supply safe, quality water for daily consumption. FILTRO Family Gold 37 integrates complete stages of filtration, softening, iron removal, manganese removal, sterilization and purification, in a coherent and balanced solution.

The first stage is provided by the automatic backwash system FILTRO PROTECTOR 800, equipped with a 40-micron stainless steel screen. It retains coarse sediments such as sand, rust and silt, protecting the subsequent stages of the system. Screen cleaning is performed automatically at preset intervals of 7, 15 or 30 days, without manual intervention, ensuring consistent operation and minimal maintenance.

Initial mechanical and chemical filtration is carried out through a FILTRO BIG BLUE 20" Twin system, equipped with PP-Dual and GAC cartridges. This combination removes fine sediments, suspended particles, organic compounds, unpleasant odors and some of the substances that can negatively affect water quality and the efficiency of the filter media in the main station.

The central element of the solution is the Ecosoft Titanium Gold 370 treatment station, equipped with Ecomix C filter media, an advanced, multifunctional medium. It simultaneously removes:

• hardness (calcium and magnesium),

• dissolved iron,

• manganese,

• ammonium,

• some of the organic matter.

By using Ecomix C, the system ensures complex water treatment in a single stage, without the need for separate stations for each contaminant. The station is sized for consumption by 4–6 persons and an optimal flow of 2.0 m³/h, making it ideal for medium-sized homes with challenging water.

After the main treatment, the water undergoes post-filtration with BIG BLUE 20" block activated carbon (CTO), which improves the taste, odor and clarity of the water, removing any by-products resulting from the filtration and regeneration processes.

For microbiological safety, the system is completed by a 55W UV sterilizer, appropriately sized for the flow of the entire home. UV radiation destroys the genetic structure of bacteria, viruses, algae and fungi, ensuring microbiologically safe water regardless of variations in source water quality.

For drinking and cooking water, the solution includes a FILTRO Infinity Plus reverse osmosis purifier, which supplies high-purity water, removing dissolved salts, heavy metals, nitrates and other unwanted substances. The system delivers safe, great-tasting drinking water directly at the point of use.

This complete solution consists of the following equipment:

1. Automatic backwash system, FILTRO PROTECTOR 800, 40-micron stainless steel screen, backwash at 7, 15 or 30 days
   Protector800 is a pre-filter with a 40-micron stainless steel screen, with automatic backwash. It retains sediments such as sand, rust, silt, etc. and at a set interval of 7, 15 or 30 days, it backwashes automatically. In practice, screen cleaning is carried out regularly, without any intervention.
   
   
2. Set of 2 mixed housings, BIG BLUE 20" TWIN MIX, 1" brass connection, wrench, pressure valve and metal frame
   The BIG BLUE 20" TWIN MIX 2-stage filtration system consists of 2 BIG BLUE 10″ filter housings supported by a sturdy metal frame. This is an efficient system equipped with pressure relief valves on both inlet and outlet. This housing system offers easy installation, without the need to break walls or make complex modifications to the water network. You can place the system wherever it is most convenient. If desired, it can also be wall-mounted, though we recommend placing it on the floor.
   
   
3. 5-micron polypropylene cartridge, Big Blue 20", sediment removal, dimensions 50 x 11.5 cm
   Cartridge for Big Blue 20" filter housings, made from polypropylene, dimensions 50.8 x 11.5 cm, suitable for filtering sediments from water. This cartridge is made from 100% pure polypropylene (no other additives).
   
   
4. Granular activated carbon cartridge, Big Blue 20", Ecosoft GAC BB20, 4.5"x20"
   The Ecosoft activated carbon replacement filter reduces chlorine content and chlorination by-products, concentrations of heavy and non-ferrous metals, phenol, petroleum products and pesticides. Improves the color, taste and odor of water.
   
   
5. Ecomix softening station, Ecosoft Titanium Gold 370, 37 liters Ecomix C resin, cabinet with Clack CI valve
   This automatic Clack TITANIUM 1235 CI station contains 37 liters of Ecomix C resin. Ecomix C resin is a filter media made from a mix of 5 ion exchange resins and natural and synthetic absorbent materials, specially designed to remove hardness, iron, manganese, ammonium and organic matter from water. Ecomix C filter media is designed to treat water with moderate concentrations of iron, manganese, ammonium and high organic content. Ecomix C can soften water up to 45 German degrees. Ecomix C resin is used in cabinet-type or separate-tank softening stations and is loaded directly into the fiberglass tank of the automatic filtration station. Initially, the resin is combined and the layers of the 5 resins cannot be distinguished. After the first regeneration of the automatic station, the resin mix settles into distinct layers due to the different densities of the 5 resin types. To regenerate Ecomix C resin, softening salt tablets are used.
   
   
6. Blue housing, BIG BLUE 20", 1" brass connection, tightening wrench, pressure valve and metal bracket
   The BIG BLUE 20" blue housing with pressure valve includes a gasket, tightening wrench and metal bracket. It is constructed from high-quality polypropylene. It is an optimal solution for filtering water throughout the entire home. Easy to install and requires no maintenance. Simply replace the filter cartridge as needed, depending on the cartridge type and the quality of the filtered water.
   
   
7. Block activated carbon cartridge for Big Blue 20", Ecosoft CTO, coconut shell, 20"x4.5"
   Carbon block filter media made from coconut shell activated carbon. This cartridge is designed to reduce excess sodium after regeneration and to improve the taste and odor of the water.
   
   
8. UV sterilizer 55W, PureTECH UVC55A, flow 2.8 m3/h, 3/4" connection, complete package with power supply, lamp and housing
   The ultraviolet (UV) water sterilizer effectively eliminates algae, fungi and bacteria. The water is exposed to UV waves for a short period of time. Nucleic acid, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA) in microorganisms are absorbed and destroyed by UV rays, thus sterilizing the water.
   
   
9. Direct flow reverse osmosis, FILTRO INFINITY+ DF1000, high flow of 1000GPD, tankless, booster pump, TDS display, twist cartridge system
   FILTRO INFINITY+ DF1000 is a compact reverse osmosis water purifier that delivers a direct flow of freshly filtered water of approx. 2.7 liters per minute, without the need for a storage tank. The purifier is equipped with a high-pressure pump, a 1000GPD reverse osmosis membrane and a TWIST cartridge system for quick replacement, without a filter wrench.
