FILTRO Family Azure 37 is an optimal water protection solution, designed for large homes, where water is hard (18-35 dGH) and consumption is high (over 15 m3/month). The system is engineered to ensure a superior level of water treatment compared to essential solutions, addressing both the hardness problem and the overall quality of water used throughout the entire home.

The configuration integrates multiple stages of filtration, softening, sterilization and purification, providing complete protection for the plumbing and appliances, as well as safe and pleasant water for daily consumption.

The first protection stage is provided by the FILTRO PROTECTOR 800 automatic backwash system, equipped with a 40-micron stainless steel screen. It retains coarse sediments such as sand, rust and silt, and screen cleaning is performed automatically at preset intervals of 7, 15 or 30 days, without manual intervention. This stage extends the lifespan of downstream equipment and maintains a constant flow rate in the system.

Mechanical filtration is continued through a BIG BLUE 20" Twin system, equipped with polypropylene cartridges of 20 and 5 microns, which effectively removes fine particles and suspended impurities. This dual filtration ensures clear water and protects the filter media in the main station.

The central stage of the solution is represented by the FILTRO Azure 370 filtration station, equipped with Ecosoft Anthracite filter media, specially designed for hard water treatment. It reduces water hardness and contributes to improving the overall water parameters, being optimized for a consumption of 4–8 persons. The station is sized for an optimal flow rate of 2.5 m³/h, ensuring a constant flow of treated water throughout the entire home.

After the main treatment, the water undergoes a post-filtration stage with BIG BLUE 20" (CTO) block activated carbon, whose role is to improve the taste and odor of the water, reduce organic compounds and any by-products resulting from the treatment process. This stage contributes significantly to the comfort of daily water use.

For microbiological safety, the system is completed by a 55W UV sterilizer, with an adequate flow rate for the entire home. Through controlled exposure to ultraviolet radiation, bacteria, viruses, algae and fungi are neutralized, resulting in microbiologically safe water regardless of quality variations in the water source.

For drinking and cooking water, the solution includes a FILTRO Infinity direct flow reverse osmosis purifier, which delivers freshly purified water without a storage tank. The system provides a constant flow of high-quality water, equipped with a reverse osmosis membrane and a quick-change cartridge system for simple and hygienic maintenance.

This complete solution consists of the following equipment:

1. Automatic backwash system, FILTRO PROTECTOR 800, 40-micron stainless steel screen, backwash at 7, 15 or 30 days
   Protector800 is a pre-filter with a 40-micron stainless steel screen, with automatic backwash. It retains sediments such as sand, rust, silt, etc. and at a set interval of 7, 15 or 30 days, it backwashes automatically. In practice, screen cleaning is performed regularly, without any intervention.
   
   
2. Set of 2 mixed housings, BIG BLUE 20" TWIN MIX, 1" brass connection, wrench, pressure valve and metal frame
   The BIG BLUE 20" TWIN MIX 2-stage filtration system consists of 2 BIG BLUE 10″ filter housings supported by a sturdy metal frame. This is an efficient system, equipped with pressure relief valves on both inlet and outlet. This housing system offers easy installation, without the need for breaking walls or complex modifications to the water network. You can place the system wherever it is most convenient. If desired, it can also be wall-mounted, although we recommend floor placement.
   
   
3. 5-micron polypropylene cartridge, Big Blue 20", sediment removal, dimensions 50 x 11.5 cm
   Cartridge for Big Blue 20" filters, made of polypropylene, measuring 50.8 x 11.5 cm, suitable for filtering sediments from water. This cartridge is made from 100% pure polypropylene (without any other additives).
   
   
4. Granular activated carbon cartridge, Big Blue 20", Ecosoft GAC BB20, 4.5"x20"
   The Ecosoft activated carbon replacement filter reduces chlorine content and chlorination by-products, the concentration of heavy and non-ferrous metals, phenol, petroleum products and pesticides. It improves the color, taste and odor of the water.
   
   
5. Water softener station, Ecosoft Anthracite Azure 370, 37 liters of resin, grey-green cabinet
   The Ecosoft Anthracite Azure 370 automatic station contains 37 liters of softening resin and provides a nominal flow rate of 2.9 m3/h of treated water. This flow rate varies depending on water hardness and can reach up to 3.3 m3/h.
   
   
6. Blue housing, BIG BLUE 20", 1" brass connection, tightening wrench, pressure valve and metal bracket
   The BIG BLUE 20" blue housing with pressure valve includes a gasket, tightening wrench and metal bracket. It is constructed from high-quality polypropylene. It is an optimal solution for filtering water throughout the entire home. It is easy to install and requires no maintenance. You simply need to replace the filter cartridge, depending on the cartridge type and the quality of the filtered water.
   
   
7. Block activated carbon cartridge for Big Blue 20", Ecosoft CTO, coconut shell, 20"x4.5"
   Carbon block filter media made from coconut shell activated carbon. This cartridge is designed to reduce excess sodium after regeneration and to improve the taste and odor of the water.
   
   
8. UV sterilizer 55W, PureTECH UVC55A, flow rate 2.8 m3/h, 3/4" connection, complete package with power supply, lamp and housing
   The ultraviolet (UV) water sterilizer effectively eliminates algae, fungi and bacteria. The water is exposed to UV waves for a short period of time. Nucleic acid, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA) from microorganisms are absorbed and destroyed by the UV rays, thereby sterilizing the water.
   
   
9. Direct flow reverse osmosis, FILTRO INFINITY DF600, high flow rate of 600GPD, tankless, booster pump, TDS display, twist cartridge system
   FILTRO INFINITY DF600 is a compact reverse osmosis water purifier that delivers a direct flow of freshly filtered water of approx. 1.8 liters per minute, without the need for a storage tank. The purifier is equipped with a high-pressure pump, a 600GPD reverse osmosis membrane and a TWIST cartridge system for quick replacement without a wrench.
