The set of 5 inline cartridges is compatible with most filtration systems or water dispensers with 2.5" brackets (clips). The cartridge housings measure 12" in length and 2.5" in diameter, while cartridges no. 4 and 5 have a length of 10.8" and a diameter of 2". All filters require a quick-connect fitting with a 1/4" thread (straight or elbow). Normally, the existing connectors in the filtration system are reused, but it is necessary to replace the Teflon tape on each thread.

Filtering elements included in the set, their role and lifespan:

1. Inline sediment filter, 1 micron, which is very easy to install and replace. The filter has a 1/4″ internal thread at both ends. It has a size of 12″ x 2.5″ (30 x 6.5 cm). It is designed to ensure optimal flow for sediment filtration from water. The nominal filtration rating is 1 micron. Maximum replacement interval: 6 months or 3000 liters of water (AIPRO-1M-AQ / AIPRO-20M-AQ*).

2. Inline softening filter, which is very easy to install and replace. The filter has a 1/4" internal thread at both ends. It has a size of 12″ x 2.5″ (30 x 6.5 cm). The filter is equipped with a pre- and post-filter to prevent media particles from being released into the water. It is designed to ensure optimal contact between the water and the softening resin. At the same time, maximum performance for negative ion exchange was targeted. Maximum replacement interval: 6 months or 3000 liters of water (AISTRO-L-AQ).

3. Inline activated carbon filter. In the first stage, chlorine, chlorine derivatives and organic contaminants are removed, while in the second stage the taste of water is improved by eliminating substances that give water an unpleasant taste and odor. It has a size of 12″ x 2.5″ (30 x 6.5 cm). Maximum replacement interval: 6 months or 3000 liters of water (AICRO-L-AQ / FCCBL-S-L-AQ*).

4. Alkalizing and remineralizing filter with ORP potential (oxidation-reduction potential) through which water becomes alkaline, preventing the acidification of the body. It is also a mineralization filter containing a mix of bioceramic particles. It has a size of 10″ x 2″ (25 x 5 cm). Maximum replacement interval: 12 months or 4000 liters of water (AIFIR-200).

5. Coconut shell activated carbon filter and antibacterial filter that improves the taste and odor of water and prevents bacterial growth. It is an inline filter that removes chlorine, organic substances and pesticides. It improves the taste and aroma of filtered water. It has a size of 10″ x 2″ (25 x 5 cm). Maximum replacement interval: 6 months or 3000 liters of water (AICRO-AB).

* Replacement and similar alternative if the original cartridge is out of stock.

Complete maintenance cycle:
1. The filters from the intermediate set (no. 1, 2, 3) and post-filtration (no. 5), included in the set: are normally replaced once every 6 months**.
2. The alkalizing and remineralizing cartridge (no. 4): is replaced on average once every 12 months* (see options AIFIR-200, AIFIR-2000, Balance, Alkafuse)
** depending on the quality of the inlet water.

This set contains:
✔ the complete set of 5 cartridges for month 12.

The requirement for 1 full year (12 months) is 2 sets of cartridges: 1 intermediate set (installed in month 6) and 1 complete set (installed in month 12). After that, the month counter resets.

The lifespan of these cartridges varies depending on the quality of the inlet water; however, the replacement recommendation is specified for each individual element. This set of 5 cartridges represents the set that is replaced on average every 6 months. The set of 5 cartridges is delivered in a box of 5 or as individual elements (cartridges). All cartridges are individually sealed and it is necessary to check the seal integrity immediately upon receipt.
