Terms and conditions for the provision of the service and maintenance involving the replacement of consumables.

The service turnaround time is 3–7 working days. This service includes a site visit and the replacement of consumables for your filtration system.

On-site visit: If you require an inspection, repair (where possible) and maintenance of a system at your premises, an additional call-out charge of 80 lei will be added to this price.

Coverage area: Bucharest (all sectors), Ilfov (all localities). For other localities, please contact us.

The repair and maintenance service does not include consumables or replacement parts required for the repair. This service includes checking and diagnosing the fault, proposing a repair (where possible) and providing an estimated cost for replacement or repair parts.

Note: we specialise in the installation and maintenance of equipment from the following manufacturers: FILTRO, Ecosoft, Aquafilter, Clack, AquaMax and BWT. Apart from these manufacturers, we can repair and maintain any standard reverse osmosis system, as well as some systems containing electrical circuits and pressure pumps. For equipment not produced by the manufacturers listed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to carry out the work, but we will do our utmost to assist you. Should we be unable to carry out the service, the amount paid will be refunded, minus a call-out and assessment fee of 80 lei.

Maintenance and consumables replacement service:

• Call-out to the customer’s premises
• Disconnecting the system from the water supply and dismantling it
• Sanitising the system and its components
• Replacement of consumables or faulty parts.
• Checking for leaks and replacing seals, connectors or hoses if any leaks are found.
• Checking for optimal operation and water quality.

Maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, best practice guidelines and safety regulations for the installation site and the installation team (no work shall be carried out that poses a high risk of causing material damage or physical harm).

Work requiring special components not held in stock will be ordered (where possible) from suppliers, and the equipment will be repaired or returned upon receipt of the ordered parts. The cost of parts and consumables will be communicated to the customer and is to be paid by them.

Prices include VAT. The voucher is valid for a maximum of 3 months.

• Plastic connector – ~5–9 lei
• 6 mm flexible hose – 3 lei per metre
• Metal supply tap – 25 lei
• Metal supply tap – 25 lei
• Fitting of additional cartridge – 40 lei
• Fitting of 6–10W UV steriliser – 70 lei
• Fitting of a 2-way tap - 40 lei
• Fitting of 3-way tap - 40 lei
• Removal of old tap – 20 lei

Not included in the standard installation: labour, materials required for product installation and materials required for building work (plastering, painting, wallpaper, etc.), work to modify or repair the building’s electrical installation, operations to reposition objects that restrict installation (e.g. furniture), repositioning the product after installation, cleaning work resulting from dust generation, work to conceal the routing (using plasterboard, special ducts, etc.), etc.

The customer assumes responsibility for any risks or potential damage to the equipment should it be old and its components be brittle or worn.

In the case of service contracts concluded with us, once the service ordered/purchased has been fully provided (for example, the product has been installed, uninstalled, cleaned, etc.), the service contract is deemed to have been fully performed, and the consumer may no longer request a refund of the payment made. Any other service requested separately or as an additional service (for example, uninstallation, installation of a new product, etc.) constitutes a separate service and will be carried out at the customer’s express request, subject to a charge. Where the service has been purchased online or by telephone, the consumer forfeits the right of withdrawal provided for by current legislation once the service ordered has been provided.

The purchase of the maintenance and consumables replacement service for water filtration systems implies acceptance of these terms and conditions for carrying out the installation. The customer consents to the processing of personal data by PureTECH Solutions SRL and its subcontractors for the purpose of performing the contracted services. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third parties and will not leave Romanian territory.

* To be eligible for the warranty, water filtration systems must be installed and maintained by professionals or companies authorised for these activities in accordance with the warranty certificate provided by the manufacturer or seller, or following the purchase of our installation service.
