Terms and conditions for the professional water softener installation service.

The installation lead time is 3-7 working days calculated from the date of purchase of the installation service, except in cases where the filtration systems are delivered via courier services. In these cases, the installation period starts from the date of delivery of the filtration equipment.

Coverage area: Bucharest (all districts), Ilfov (all localities). For other localities, please contact us.

The installation service does not include in its price other materials required for installation (pipes, valves, fittings, hose, T-connectors, etc.) as these vary significantly from one installation point to another. The customer will provide these accessories, purchase them following the technician's instructions, or acquire them at an additional cost from the technician.

Note: depending on the type of existing installation, we will need PPR connection fittings. The installation site must have access to electricity (220V socket) and drainage for water discharge during automatic station regeneration.

Standard installation labor includes:

• One included visit to the customer's home/premises.
• Inspection of the installation site and compatibility with the simplex softener (1 resin tank).
• Testing the hardness of the raw water.
• Positioning the softener and additional equipment.
• Setting up the necessary installation so that water feeds the filters and the softener.
• Connecting the pre-filter to the water network, with wall-mounting holes (concrete, brick, AAC block).
• Connecting the softener to the water network and drainage.
• Connecting the softener to the drainage and post-filtration.
• Configuring the softener for optimal operation.
• Performing a functional test, checking for any leaks, and a general assessment of filtered water quality.
• Testing the hardness of the filtered water.

Installation will be carried out in compliance with applicable legislation, best practice standards, and the safety of the installation site and installation team members (no work will be performed that poses a high risk of causing material or physical damage).

Installations requiring additional drilling, extra hose/pipe routing, modifications to the water installation, modifications to the electrical installation, improvised placements, or other situations not included in the standard installation will not be performed by the technician, or an alternative technical solution will be agreed upon and charged accordingly.

• PPR valve: 45 lei
• Duplex-type softener: +150 lei
• Additional filter installation - 150 lei
• UV sterilizer installation 20-100W - 150 lei
• PPR by-pass installation - 150 lei

Installations can only be carried out in localities accessible by road. Prices include VAT.

The coupon is valid for a maximum of 3 months, only within Romania and only in the counties and localities specified.

If, on the scheduled date, the installation cannot be completed for the following reasons: the buyer is not at home, conditions for standard installation are not met, the buyer does not present the original purchase documents for the equipment and service, the cost of the additional visit at a later date will be borne by the customer and amounts to 80 RON.

The announced time interval for installation may be subject to changes due to traffic or weather conditions, events caused by third parties, or a high volume of requests.

Not included in the standard installation: labor and materials related to product installation and masonry materials (plaster, paint, wallpaper, etc.), electrical installation modification and repair work, operations involving the relocation of objects restricting installation (e.g. furniture), subsequent repositioning of the product after installation, cleaning work resulting from dust, concealment of routing (with drywall, special channels, etc.), etc.

The customer must ensure adequate working conditions for the installation team and sufficient space for carrying out the work.

The customer assumes responsibility for risks or potential damage to the water network (if old), furniture, and walls resulting from the location chosen by the customer.

In the case of service contracts concluded with us, once the ordered/purchased service has been fully rendered (for example, the product has been installed, uninstalled, cleaned, etc.), the service contract is considered fully executed, and the consumer may no longer request a refund of the payment made. Any other service requested separately/additionally (for example, uninstallation, installation of a new product, etc.) constitutes a separate service and will be carried out upon the customer's explicit request, at an additional cost. In the event that the service was purchased online or by phone, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal provided by applicable legislation once the ordered service has been rendered.

Purchasing the water softener installation and commissioning service implies agreement with these installation terms and conditions. The customer agrees to the processing of personal data by PureTECH Solutions SRL and its subcontractors for the purpose of fulfilling the contracted services. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties and will not leave Romanian territory.

* To benefit from the warranty, water softeners must be installed by professionals / companies authorized for these activities in accordance with the warranty certificate provided by the manufacturer/seller, or following the purchase of the installation service from us.
