If you have already submitted your order, you can no longer add a gift voucher. To use it, the order must be placed again. The voucher code is valid for a single order, for which you will instantly receive a discount equal to the voucher's value. However, it cannot be used to purchase another voucher.

What happens if I return a product paid for with a gift voucher?

If the return is made within the voucher's validity period, you will receive a new code with a value equal to the voucher amount applied to the returned product.

The new code will be sent by e-mail. It will be valid for 14 days from the acceptance of the return, plus the number of remaining days left from the original voucher's validity period.

If you returned a product after the gift card's validity period has ended, it will be valid for 14 days from the date the return is accepted.

Can I redeem the gift voucher value as cash or via bank transfer?

The voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I receive the gift voucher in physical format?

The gift voucher can be ordered and delivered electronically, directly to your e-mail address. It cannot be shipped by courier.
