Set universal din 5 cartuse

This set of 5 pre-filter and post-filter cartridges is compatible with most reverse osmosis systems. The pre-filter cartridges measure 10″ in length and 2.5″ in diameter, whilst the post-filters are 10.8″ long and 2″ in diameter. The post-filters (mineralisation and carbon) have a 1/4" internal thread and require 1/4" – 6 mm connectors to attach the flexible hose.

The Pure set contains the following cartridges:
1. A 5-micron polypropylene cartridge that traps sediment and other impurities such as rust, sand, silt or organic matter (PP5).
2. A block-type activated carbon cartridge that reduces chlorine and its derivatives, as well as organic matter. This cartridge improves the colour, taste and odour of the water (CTO).
3. A 1-micron polypropylene cartridge that removes sediment and other impurities such as rust, sand, silt or organic matter (PP1).
4. A granular activated carbon cartridge made from coconut shell, which acts as a post-filter and improves the taste and odour of the filtered water (inline GAC). Connection type: 1/4" thread.
5. Remineralisation filter, which adds a minimum amount of mineral salts essential for the body to the purified water. The minerals added include calcium, magnesium, zinc and potassium. The remineralisation material is natural and is produced from rock (stones). Connection type: 1/4"

thread. The compatible quick-connect fittings for connecting the post-filters (4 and 5) are as follows:
1. Straight connector, 1/4" hose x 1/4" external thread, quick-connect
coupling 2. Angled connector, 1/4" hose x 1/4" external thread, 90 degrees, with quick-connect
coupling 3. T-connector, 1/4" hose x 1/4" external thread x 1/4" hose, quick-connect coupling for 6 mm tubing

This set of cartridges should be replaced approximately every 6 months, depending on the quantity and quality of the incoming water.
